From Constitution to Practice milestones in enhancing the legal framework on Human rights in Vietnam

The 2013 Constitution amended and supplemented many regulations on human rights and the fundamental rights and obligations of citizens, such as expanding the subjects entitled to equality and non-discrimination; affirming the State's responsibility towards its citizens and protecting Vietnamese citizens abroad.
